Auto Center Vliet Opel Woerden

What a strange experience. Today I visited Van Vliet in Woerden to look at my FIRST car. The price on the website does not correspond to the actual price. You are indirectly forced to pay an extra 1000 euros for unavoidable costs such as MOT or bovag warranty (pay for warranty??). On a car ultimately costing 16,000 euros, the 'seller' was only able to give a discount of 200 euros after I saw that the car had scratches and dents. Afterwards it turned out that I was helped by an intern.

Opel Vivaro purchased at Autocentrum van Vliet in Woerden. Vehicle goes to the Vliet Alphen branch for maintenance because it is closer. The first maintenance had already been strange and very expensive. Now the car kept having an engine failure. Because it had to be read out (i.e. only read out), there was only room in 2 weeks. I expressed my dissatisfaction about it, but there was nothing that could be done about it. I was allowed to look for an alternative myself. Then I called Woerden and the car could be read there the next day (they could also have inquired about that in Alphen). Now it appears that an electrical component is defective and needs to be replaced. Six months out of warranty, a part breaks down and the costs are borne by the owner of the Opel, i.e. me. It is still being examined whether there may be some room for leniency. 2 and a half stars didn't work, so I rounded it down. The degree of leniency can still influence the service rating.
